I set all email forward for XXX@abc.com to my gmail inbox via ISPCP a few weeks ago. it works well. but recently, I keep receiving emails like the following these days. Is there anything should be tuned to avoid this? ISCP or SMTP or anything else, pls?

Spammers frequently fake sender adresses. If you look at the returned mails you'll recognize that they have not been sent through your server.
