Addition in progress (again)
Hi Guys,

I've read the other Addition in progress thread but dont think that is the problem Im having here,

When I add a domain (any domain) the status is always going to addition in progress and does not change ever....

The Daemon is running and I cannot find anything that is causing this problem

System:
Debian 4.0 ETCH and I am using the RC3 release.......

any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers

RE: Addition in progress (again)
strange.

What happens if you restert the ispcp_daemon? Nothing in the logs?
the "socket write error" is not good...

Can you tell us more about the system?
real or vServer? fresh debian as well?

RE: Addition in progress (again)
kirsty:/var/log# /etc/init.d/ispcp_daemon restart
Stopping ispCP GUI-Backend communication Daemon: ispcp_daemon.
Starting ispCP GUI-Backend communication Daemon: ispcp_daemon.

and still acts the same, doesnt try to add the domain again,

yes its a fresh Debian Stable install.......

Its a Real Server (Brand New Dell 2950)......

What's the status of the domain in the database?
what happens if you run the request manager manually?

Domain Status is "toadd"

Silly noob question but how do you run the request manager manually?

/var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr

or in the gui, system-tools, ispcp debugger
/admin/ispcp_debugger.php
