add user with hosting plan broken

Hi,

I am posting this here because trac seems to tag my bug as spam ...

In r2005 adding a user with hosting plan without personalizing is broken.
In the database I get a line like this with NULL in limits and
"repl_tag() | ERROR: Undefined rwith!" in domain_status field.
