RE: RC3->RC4 = no statistics
no - the thing with the message of the daemon is normal Sad

the daemon dos not need theese files - cron does need them. If I remeber right, there are several users who did an update but had problems with some filess that were not parsed - maybe someone who needs the update script could check this again so we can fix it for the next level...

Yes I remember some error like this in the upgrade script, I was planning to post it until I closed putty and I lost the upgrade output.

Or is there a upgrade logfile written somewhere?

You don't need a reboot after changes in this file... :-)

RE: RC3->RC4 = no statistics
Still one of my recent added users has a disk usage of 0%.
(maybe it needs some time...?)

And pop/imap stats are still 'zero' and I know for sure I just received about 11 emails with pop3ssl before the stats were generated.
(maybe because I use pop/imap with SSL?)

RE: RC3->RC4 = no statistics
if you use dovecot then the pop & imap statistics are not counted.

And diskquota is counted @daily - so wait until midnight or run the script manually.

RE: RC3->RC4 = no statistics
Sad I have to use dovecot because I have mail problems otherwise.

Same sort of issue as I need to setup $mydestination = mail.$hostname, $domain with postfix

But isn't there any possiblibity to make dovecot report the stats?

anyway there's nothing in the documentation about dovecot stats not counted, I would have appreciated that.

Still thanks again for your help Wink

RE: RC3->RC4 = no statistics
the mydestination is just when people enter a domain name instead of a full qualified hostname when asked about. That's all.

You can write a perl script which counts the traffic data from the dovecot logfiles...

You also can correct the docu by yourself.

RE: RC3->RC4 = no statistics
I had also this problem.
Thanks for your help!
Is the problem fixed after entering the right directories or must I restart some services?
What could be the problem? I just updated ispCP like the HowTo said.

EDIT: It seems that it is not fixed. I have waited four hours now and still no new statistics are generated.
/etc/ispcp/cron.d/ispcp looks like this:

Code:
# delayed tasks START.

# Quota
@daily root /var/www/ispcp/engine/quota/ispcp-dsk-quota &>/var/log/ispcp/ispcp-dsk-quota.log

# Traffic

What must I do to activate this repaired cronjobs?
