Spam Filtering
Is it true that i, on the forum, don't see anything yet about spam filtering?
Spam is a thing we need to take care of properly, and would be a shame not to give out a good solution for it.

So what is the planning for it? what kind of software etc?

As grungy sad, Postgrey is in the Boat Wink
For all your other need search for "Maia" in the Forum.

There are some Hacks around to integreate that into vhcs.

RE: Spam Filtering
hmmfg yes i use maia on my own server,

but wouldn't it be better to integrate that (in the future) in maia completly, so in your control panel you can enable / disable for domains / users etc. and in the vhcs webmail etc. etc.

RE: Spam Filtering
We already have a theme for it.

but the Big But comes now : the license of maia is very restrictiv and if i'm getting it right it does not allow us to include it right away.

I'm on my way getting in contact with the maia - people. Let's see what they tell us.

If we can - than only the setup has to be changed to make the maia setup as well.

Everything else is ready Wink

Posted by Donni in a other Thread:

Quote: AFAIK you may redistribute it freely as long as you use the "powered by maia"-Logo and you leave the copyrightright notice in it.

hi ephigenie,

any news about the maia integration? i just installed it in the /gui/tools directory with vu2000 permissions without any problems. maybe you could post the omega theme here? then i can say goodbye to vhcs. Smile

btw: if anyone is interested, i could write an howto based on andre pohls work for the "old" 1.0 version, because there are some differences to the actual 1.0.2 stable. but i have to ask him before.

This would be Perfect!!! [Image: icon_kniefall.gif]

But, will there be a Problem later ?
I mean, i integreate Maia now by myself and later it is in a 1.1.0.
Could this works ?
