[Edit] What happens if I dont have courier on Fedora Core 7
Hi all,

1) I am running a fc7 x86 and I cannot find the courier version for my server a pre installed package that is. Is the standard package configurable so it works with my Fc7 x86 64???

2) Can ispcp be installed manually, without using the shell prompt?

3) I have my files on the /var/www/html diretory can I touch them there?

excuse me guys but I am a newbie in this and I am a bit lost.

BR,

Blue

Hi..

I've no idea concerning your first question..

What do you mean with "manually, without shell prompt".. for me manually = shell prompt...

Quote:3) I have my files on the /var/www/html diretory can I touch them there?

The easiest way would be to move your files under /var/www/virtual/domain/ which is controlled by ispCP..

Greetings

1.) I am running ispcp with dovecot. But then you have to modify the gui a bit. (add/delete/modify of mail adresses need to be tweaked so the changes are only in the db)

RE: what happens if I dont have courier
hi FeG hi Zothos,

Thnx for the tips. I also have dovecot installed so I will try to proceed with that... although if I understood correctly courier has a standard package which can be configured as desired and then a preinstalled package to suit different distributions...... However as the dovecot is already installed I will explore that first...

Thank you much ...
