[POST-1.0-Feature] Postfix & Quota support

In the main.cf of postfix is written:
"Quota support; activate, if available/used"

I didn't find anywhere what the requirements are...

I don't think it will make it into 1.0 - either it's not too important or there are maybe problems with other distributions.

There is a field in the database for mail quota but the front end is missing too.
