apache2_mod_cband: cannot create shared....

Hi,

got the following problem with mod_cband. When I start apache the following appears:

Performing sanity check on apache22 configuration:
apache2_mod_cband: cannot create shared memory segment for remote hosts
apache2_mod_cband: cannot create shared memory segment for virtual hosts
Syntax OK
Starting apache22.
apache2_mod_cband: cannot create shared memory segment for remote hosts
apache2_mod_cband: cannot create shared memory segment for virtual hosts

the mod is loaded in httpd.conf

Code:

LoadModule cband_module modules/mod_cband.so

the following files are Included:
00_master.conf
01_awstats.conf
ispcp.conf

nothing changed in there.
Any hints for me?

I'm using FreeBSD 7.0
Apache is 2.2.6

jep I've seen that too, but don't get any hints for solving this prob...
Maybe Blocker ( our FreeBSD-Crack her I think ) knows something
