No Avabile -> PHP_CLI and PHP Mysql Client

When i try to install OS Tube, on client account i have following error.
No php_cli and np php-mysql



I'm try to instal

Code:

apt-get install php5-cli and php5-mysql

but it says:

Can you help me ?

Check server configuration - webuser can use exec etc?

Do you from poland? Polish image hosting... if yes:
Sprawdz sobie czy nie masz zablokowanych funkcji lini komend standardowo zablokowane, edytuj php.ini(standardowo /var/www/fcgi/NAZWA KONTA/.. - gdzies tutaj.. jak cos to moje gg:3189285

i have disabled dissalowed_functions.
But without possitive result. I cant get this PHP cli, to work.

What dir i need to put there ? /etc/bin/php - this is WRONG !

I have try
/etc/php5/
/etc/php5/cli/

Without result.

On the attachment i post my phpinfo page from THIS virtual server.
Maybye this will help you to resolve my problem.

Try to disable open_basedir in the php.ini for the Domain you want to install osTube.

Normally we don't support non ispcp related things. Please search the Forum of osTube for a solution. I think you will find something there.

Yes, that's problem is in basedir.
( but CGI, have problem, i went to his support)



Can you tell me, where I can edit, the default php.ini file for users ?
I want to modificate them, so new created user getting file as i want
