Include support for templates

Hi,
as i started wrote Manual DNS support, I update pTemplate class to support includes, see attached patch. This patch also updates files

/gui/themes/omega_original/client/main_menu*.tpl

replacing with

<!-- INCLUDE "main_menu.tpl" -->

and main menu is moved to main_menu.tpl, so when you want modify somethink in menu you only need to modify one file.

It's simple in template where you want include insert this tag

<!-- INCLUDE "file_to_include.tpl" -->

file path is relevant to original file. In included file is still posible use logic tags BDP, EDP
