freeze on install
It freezes after I answered all questions on perl ispcp-setup..

Code:
    ...
IP of Secondary DNS. (optional) []:

    Use MySQL Prefix.
    Possible values: [i]nfront, [b]ehind, [n]one. [none]: i

    Activate AWStats. [no]: yes

    AWStats Mode:
Possible values [d]ynamic and [s]tatic. [dynamic]:

    Starting Installation...

I'm using Ubuntu hardy and ispcp nightly build 22/07/2008.

Thanks for any help![/code]

Not sure if it was the same as this.. http://www.isp-control.net/forum/install...-2566.html

But now it worked directly without any delay. I think there should be some progress information or a message that this can take a loooong time so please wait..

404 Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Is all I get now after installaion which seems to have succeded ok..

In apache2/error.log:
[Wed Jul 23 08:55:16 2008] [error] [client 192.168.1.1] File does not exist: /htdocs

Maybe it's something with the nightly build? I'll try a release instead.

RE: freeze on install
for me it works perfect with the latest nightly. At which point the 404 comes? When you want to open the CP? Did you try to open your IP?

RE: freeze on install
When I try to open mydomain.com, admin.mydomain.com and my ip I get the 404 Not found error.

When I tried to install again (perl ispcp-setup) it froze again but when I stopped ispcp_daemon and ispcp_network it continued.. So that was the problem with the freeze I think.

i don't think so. I thing you make a mistake with your FQDN.

I have the same delay on installing.

RE: freeze on install
After install ispcp you must restart apache, bind and other services. And if DNS record don`t point to your computer consider to use your local DNS server (modify resolv.conf).

Please try open the CP only with entering your IP in your browser.

RE: freeze on install
The domain does point to my router and I use dmz on the router to point to my server.

I'll try the local address which is suggested instead of my real ip when installing..
Please enter system network address. [192.168.1.105]:

In /etc/hostname I have mydomain.com though maybe it should be just mydomain.
