Install mod_mono???
I need to support ASP apps on my ispCP Debian server.

I'm fairly new to linux but getting better. I see so many ways to install mono using apt-get install but all of them are installing different options.

I'm so confused as to how this works and what I need in the "install" line.

I was able to get aspx files to work but for the life of me I cannot get Apache2::ASP to install and compile. After three hours I gave up.

RE: Install mod_mono???
I think I have it totaly hosed at this point.

I dont want or NEED .net asp type files.

The only thing i need is .asp files.

I have tried mod_mono and Apache2::ASP and I think I have the mix of the two messed up!!

How do I remove mod_mono and do JUST Apache2::ASP?

Or can they both coexist? When I try to run a .ASP file I get the error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxxxxx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) mod_mono/1.2.1 mod_apreq2-20051231/2.6.0 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.8.8 Server at http://www.xxxx.xxx Port 80

Should mod_mono being trying this or Apache2::ASP? I'm SOO confused!
