Can I add ispcp by hosting example sdff.ns69.eu maintain domain hosting kfjg.com as addon domain cpanel?

ispCP supports the ability to do domain alias and domain pointing/forwarding/redirecting if thats what you mean.

Try out the online demo and see for yourself. There's a sticky thread created by BeNe.
