domain addition problem

hello everyone...
First of all this is great project, thanks for it!
Secondly: I have installed ISPCP Omega on two servers already...
they work just fine...
But on a third one, I can't add users (actually, I can but they are waiting to reload the
IPSCP Omega using "/var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr").
When we add a new user (usually a domain) we have to manually reload the panel.
We need ISPCP to automatically reload itself when we add a new domain.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Have you ever heard about the Timezone?!! (1 hour between your posts and you said bad community)

Told ISCP has bad community and I'm sad for that!.... :-(

I'm not a good one for answer problems xD... but you need to explain your case... if is a virtual server, or not, what OS you have, logs, etc to help others the try to help...
and plz, if you like the proyect, talk more "good" to comunity :S
