Support system not showing for any users

One of my users recently pointed out to me that the support system wasn't working at all. Upon further investigation I can confirm that the support system simply doesn't show.
When you click on the link from any users account, be it an admin, reseller or client it simply shows the general information page.
The url is correct and the pages are on the system with correct permissions.

Has anyone else noticed this problem or have any idea how I can fix it?

To which file does your Supportsystem links to ?
Which ispCP is running ?
There was a change in Rc6 i mean, in the ispcp.conf:

Please check this before!

My config file says

ISPCP_SUPPORT_SYSTEM_PATH = support_system.php

I have changed it to the one you suggested and it seems to be working now. Was this not included in the upgrade as I had not heard of this being changed?
Hopefully this will not be a problem again.
