this is strange - seems that there is something wrong with the IDs...

Is it a new installation?

yes!! and more strange if i make a new domain which is not mydomain.com but alpha.mydomain.com or gamma.mydomain.com there is no problem

Can you make a
grep vu /etc/passwd

and also have a look in database ispcp, tables domain, ftp_groups, ftp_users if yiou find the vu2004

Ok i've delete the domain and make another, i absolutly don't know why it's work but it's work so i thank you for all
