problems with content_filter

I recently did an apt-get upgrade and now my system can no longer send and receive emails.

The only way to get it to send was to remove the content_filter = amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024
option from the postfix configuration file.

I really need someone to ssh into my system and help me troubleshoot my system. Please contact me via pm if you are willing to help me out. I'm new to linux and this system has been very flaky at best.

Did upgrade your AMaVis ?

can you see an error in your logfiles?
Did you start amavis after the upgrade?
Is there an error at startup?

Without more information, is it impossible to help you.
