Buenas,
Primero como dice el compañero necesitas ip fija publica.
Luego para resolver tu nombre externamente necesitas un dns externo registrado debidamente que contenga las etiquetas dns A, IN MX CNAME etc.. apuntando hacia tu ip publica.
En caso de no disponer de esta opcion necesitas alterar tus plantillas del panel para resolver tu en tu dns local

Como ya tienes minimo un dominio funcionando deberás hacer esos cambios a mano ya que solo estará operativo para los nuevos que introduzcas:
Archivos bind para cambiar ip privada por publica
/var/cache/bind/ dominio.db
etc/ispcp/bind/working/dominio.db
Archivos apache para cambiar ip privada por publica
/etc/apache2/sites-available/ipscp.conf
/etc/ispcp/apache2/working/ispcp.conf
Regenera los archivos de configuracion para que estos se activen
