how to get out of administrator mode in control panel

Hi,
I am able to go to the control panel add reseller and user but not able to add domain or to logon as user I created, I alway have the error that i'm in administrative mode , I can we got live.

You need to perform all available updates. So login as administrator then go to System tools -> Ispcp database update.
