FastCGI-Test

Here we go.

I've nearly completed the FastCGI implementation.
If someone is able to test the installation via the setup-script (INSTALL file is included in trunk), please do it and report errors to me.

Important to know is:
* is all fcgi relevant data copied to the right direcorys (fastcgi.conf to /etc/apache2/mods-available; fcgi-starters and php.inis to /var/www/fcgi/master)?
* is the a2enmod-command working?
* is the gui running?
* any errors?

There is no update-script yet, it will be build, after the fcgi-starter is working as is should.

I can create an Debian Vserver with one IP on my dedicated Server to test it, or provide someone acces to it.

is it able to set up an vServer for me, with root-access to this vServer?
Would be great, so I havn't to care about it.
