I don't believe Zend Optimizer or Ioncube are able to be redistributed legally. In addition, because of the way they work, they require different modules for 32 vs 64-bit and PHP version. Seriously, they aren't difficult to set up yourself if you actually need them.

It should install the same way as the base OS on physical hardware. Port-forwarding is very specific to the network and equipment, so there isn't any general guide you can write.

*software installer, i.e. allows users to install such things like CMS packages, forums, etc.

are my preferred priority. Smile

- Different error pages for subdomain and alias
