Buggy ispCP Template

Hi,
my ispCP looks very buggy, on Ubuntu 9.10/Firefox 3.5.5, not on other browsers. I mean those borders around the images in the upper right part, the upper left part and the menu. Any one an idea why?

This is not the orginal Theme, or?

It is the original theme, the only change I made is that I added my logo in the settings.
