Error deleting database user

Hi togehter,
This problem follows me up from ispCP 1.0.1...
Now i use the snapshot from 21.10.09.
You create 2 databases with one database user.
Now you delete this user in the controlpanel to one database you will get this error:

   

Should i open a ticket for it?
