new user got 'stuck'
Hi,

yesterday I created a new user but due to low memory on the server at that time, the creation got stuck. Now I can't delete him anymore nor was the creation finished properly.
How do I remove this entry manually? Which files do I need to edit? And which tables?

Thx!
Steff

i suppose that is when you create email user right ? go to pma enter your credential to access your mysql server, go your ispcp database, check tabel mail_users, change the status to "toadd" then execute ispcp-rqst-mngr

gut luck

RE: new user got 'stuck'
The 1st time I looked into the debugger there was a system error saying that some .db file was missing. ANd there was a link below (don't remember the label) which I clicked

The situation is like this:
The user accound hat this "action pending" icon next to it.
I looked into the debugger there was a system error saying that some .db file was missing. And there was a link below (unfortunately don't remember the label) which I clicked.

The user is now in the user's list like any other. When clicking "details" I get the error: "User does not exist or you do not have permission to access this interface!" (I'm admin)
I select 'delete'. It says the user was deleted but it was not. The account always has the green checkmark symbol and there is no more error in the debugger.
