After upgrading to 1.0.3, domains do not activate

Hi,
I upgraded yesterday to 1.0.3 (on Debian Lenny) and I see that the new domains that I create are not activated, but remain with the image of the double blue arrows. If I pause an active domain, I see the same double blue arrows image. Only if I manually run "/ var / www / ispcp / engine / ispcp-rqst-mngr" the domain is activated or deactivate.
What can I check?
