email templates after hostname change

I changed the hostname on my system, I followed this link http://isp-control.net/forum/thread-6400.html to make the changes and everything seems pretty good.

The one thing that is not are the emails the system sends to users. I still have the changes I made in the template showing in the control panel, but it sends the original ispCP branded emials. How can I fix this?
