ERROR! require_once()
1st I hope is the right place to post this
Code:
Warning: require_once(/usr/local/www/ispcp/gui/include/ispcp-db-keys.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/www/ispcp/gui/include/ispcp-lib.php on line 67

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/usr/local/www/ispcp/gui/include/ispcp-db-keys.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear') in /usr/local/www/ispcp/gui/include/ispcp-lib.php on line 67
I`m running ISPCP 1.0.3.1 on FreeBSD 7.2 (after few errors finally managed to install ispcp)
The error apears when i try to load the page on my browser (i set on apache /the/path/to/www/ispcp/gui)
Also my ProFTPD isn`t started but main problem for now is that ERROR
