How to Install Purchased SSL Certificate?

I am hoping someone has successfully installed a "Purchased SSL Certificate" on an ISPCP system.

I normally use Starfield Certificates and a plesk CP. Now that I am using ISPCP a new customer needs a HTTPS site.

I use Ubuntu 32bit, 8.04 LTS and ISPCP 1.0.3-1. I'm sure a lot of other people would also be appreciative to have such a "HowTo".

24 Hours and no replys, what no one has used a purchased Certificate with ISPCP? I'm sure someone has, help us out and write a short Installation instruction procedure.

Searching google for "ispcp install purchased certificate", first hit is install SSL certificate to a customer domain.
