cannot remove user

Hi, I have a problem with deleting the domain / user
When you add domain / user does not become active. Once you try to delete it did not want.
What could it be? Is there any logs?

ispCP daemon is run ?

First, check the domain status field in the database (table domain) and send us the error msg if the value is different of 'ok'. you can change the status manually to 'ok' and after, set your panel in maintenance mode and try to execute /var/www/ispcp/engine/setup/ispcp-update script to regenerate all's your conffiles.

Note: Before, enable debug mode in your /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf and /etc/ispcp/ispcp.old.conf and send us the output.
