Package php4 has no installation candidate

I am installing ispCP Omega to a fresh install of Ubuntu Server 7.04. I tried installing the packages from the the ubuntu-packages-feisty list, but php4 is not available.

I don't want php4 anyways, so could I simply remove the lines in file referring to php4 without affecting the install process of ispCP Omega?

Edit: I removed those lines and attempted the installation again. Now I get the following error:

Since Ubuntu is Debian-based, should I add the non-free repository to my apt sources as described on the installation page? Could not having these lines be part of my problem?

I found a thread elsewhere in the forum that addressed the problems I'm having.

I then found the following thread that is about a mini installer for ispCP Omega. I am running it now and everything seems good so far.

There was mention of writing a Perfect Setup Ubuntu 7.04 with ispCP Omega, but I haven't seen one yet. I might just do it myself once I have this working. We'll see how it goes and how I like this control panel. I'm performing a documented test installation under VMWare anyways before I do this on my production server.
