RE: Subdomains for domain-aliases
Man gehe in /var/www/ führt den patch mit "patch -p1 < alssub.patch" aus und überspringt das Makefile. DAnach die sql in die Datenbank von ispcp importieren.

You will have to go into /var/www run the patch with "patch -p1 < alssub.patch" and skip the makefile. Afterwards import the sql file into the ispcp database.

Make sure you have the ispcp/engine/ispcp-alssub-mngr file. This one runs the subdomain changes for alias domains.

The Files can be in a dir i.e. /engiens/engiens or so.

i have had the same problem. See in the dirs an look after the same name in the dir of the dir.

RE: Subdomains for domain-aliases
Quote:What would be good if in the subdomain table under name it would show the whole domain name e.g. www1.test.com so you can tell which domain you've got. That should be a quite quick change.
You're right, I'll add that in the next version.

Quote:What I don't really like is when I create a subdomain onto the folder /htdocs/www1 it will create new htdocs etc folders in there. Is that behaviour expected?
This is the same behavior as for normal subdomains. We should either change both, or leave them as it is.

Quote:When i add a Subdomain it says hang on the "change" status and dont switch to "ok" and the Subdomain wont be activated
Also see if there is anything in /var/log/ispcp/ispcp-alssub-mngr.stdout or stderr.

RE: Subdomains for domain-aliases
I've updated the patch with the suggested domain display. Since the ticket creation worked this time you can download the new version here:

RE: Subdomains for domain-aliases
I also created a ticket a few days ago with a few more changes about the folders. I took your patch and merged it with my changes.
