How to regenerate everything?

I got serious problems with my ispcp.
Last night I was really tired, but had to make lots of work, because money.
So I have planned to move all my customers from old server to new one.
Everything went well, I followed this guide to move files, until I was typing first rsync command.
I was typing it to new server, in other words, I transferred /etc and some files from /var/www to my old server.
So now I dont have any vu20xx users in old server etc.

So question is, How do I regenerate everything? Not just config, but linux users etc?

Well, this is solved. I forget few things. Now its all good.
