Bueno, visto lo visto, el problema está en el dominio.

Lo he cambiado de servidor y me sigue haciendo lo mismo...al parecer, las DNS no estan correctamente propagadas y en algun server todavia no lo reconoce correctamente...

Estoy reinstalando el server y ahora comenzaré a hacer pruebas...

Si hace el transporte que lo hace puesto que si no lo hicera no te daria error en FQDN, nada tiene que ver con el dns, saldria que el dominio no es encontrado.

Mirate la config de postfix que es ahi donde tienes el problema

Es muy complicado que te de ese error y sea por problema en el dns, o por lo menos no deberia

Ponle en
myhostname = mail.dominioprinicipaldetuserver.com

Reinicia postifx y a correr

Kurgans, para actualizar postfix, si hago un apt-get update postfix, debe ocurrir alguna catastrofe? jajaja...

Ok, lo he realizado y continua igual...

Todo viene porque visualizando el log del mail me lanza el siguiente mensaje :

Kurgans, supongo que sería problema de distribucion de dns... Ahora mismo srv1.hostmespain.es si que contesta...

Puesto que he encontrado unos errores en los paquetes de instalacion, voy a reinstalar el server, en cuanto tenga todo en marcha continuaré haciendo pruebas y os lo reporto.

Kurgans, he reinstalado todo, ahora si que responde srv1.hostmespain.es y el mail ya entra, aunque me ha tocado reiniciar postfix y postgrey porque en un principio no entraba...

Le haré un seguimiento y a ver si ya esta OK!...

Mi proximo paso meterle el SSL...ya veremos como va la cosa!!...
