./ispcp-setup line 48

Hello I followed this tutorial.

I get this error

Code:

Compilation failed in require at ./ispcp-setup line 48.

My dedicated server blank and there is nothing above. there is no mysql php5 ..........

were the steps before executed correctly - without errors?

eg. step4 and step 6
