Bandwith limit exeeded (ERROR or BUG?)

Hello all, a friend of mine have a problem on his server, when he create a domain account and point the account with an A record to his ip the server seems to be ok, but when someone try to access to the server, the page doesn't appear, and appear a text saying

Your request could not be completed because the customer's bandwidth limit was reached.
This limit is reset weekly so you might want to try again in a few days.

PS: the server or the panel have a lot's of problems more, for example, we don't know how to make nameservers (i have a domain control panel to do it but the nameservers doesnt work ns1.xtservers.com & ns2.xtservers.com)

the server is using a router, but without DMZ Host or something else, cuz we can't find the option :S.

you have to execute this command in the shell (ssh for example)

this should disable the module which is causing the problem.

I Dont Disable,
I do not want to disable broadband because, if people are not happening, what happens when you create new accounts are alone, as if already moved broadband

limit higher of what?... cuz into ispcp the limits are at the top... how can we fix it without changing the quota every time with shell?

hello raphael, firt's of all i dont pm'ed you and we want help, we doesn't know anything about how to install or do something on this panel.. because that we are asking to help...we don't make anyone repair the server for us. if you dont want to help us, simply dont help us. sorry if we make u angry...
