Where are the file in EN i want to translate then into BG. I installed the CP to step 10 i think i need to run the setupfile(perl file) but i'll wait til tomorow. So where are the files?

Which translation do you mean??? For the CP?? For the installer there is no translation (yet). The installer is only in english.

but were are this files on the installed CP in which folder?

You only will find these files in the folder where you extracted ispCP. These files won't be copied during installation.

To use this file, import the languagefile in the Adminpanel.

So how to fix it? The encoding in View->Encoding is Unicode
But i set it windows-1251 how to fix that?
