No matter what, not that I NEED to be right, but I will throug in the WHCP domains for this project, as I allready have registret, and as said we allready have them setup at our 5 DNS servers, ready to run (point) at the server IP for where the site shall remain.

Just a suggestion, proposal, idear, etc etc.

Any way let me know, and the site can be up an running in a few minuts.

BTW, do any one have a server for this project, and where and what is it ?

Big Grin Yes, there You are right, but as always, the international computer, it, edb etc, language are still english, and so, if we want to do this as an real international application/project, I think we will have to stick to the english language as default for the panel.

hm - i've an idea :

what do you mean - we can call the single-host - variant WHCP (but this variant is more a personal Variant) .
And ispCP can be called our multi-server enhanced - perhaps even openVZ / XEN ready release which incorporates whcp as a component to actually let users manage their settings ?

Compromise !! Big Grin, okay then let's see....

If the idea about this project is to make an CP for the little guy doing webhosting (why then have the reseller option) and an overlayer of an company doing server and webhosting ( here the reseller option are mandetory), the name option can be : ispWHCP (what about that RatS?).
I must say, I don't like the idea, due to that a lot have to change in the WHCP/VHCS application, but maeby I just have to sleep on it!

The changes will happen and be very deep regardless of being just a personal or a company - ready variant.
This is the case because current vhcs - code quality is aem .... let's call it bulgarian code Tongue (we called it so internally - if we just found another stupid thing Smile )

There is a problem of getting an adequate domain name with ispcp ending in .com, .net, .org
they are all sold.

Malte and me thought about the following alternatives (all are possible by ending in .com; .net; .org (or even 2 of them)):
isphcp
isp-whcp
ispcontol
isp-control
isp-controlpanel
isp-control-panel

Think about it, discuss it and than we will create a poll.

WebHostingContollPanel is not our aim to be, we thougt about a modular multi server controll panel. There could be modules for administrating, monitoring, even game server controlling, not even web hosting
