translating question

Hi i'm currently translating the dutch po file, apart from alot of the translations being incorrect, i also had a question.

I see a string like:
Set status to \"change\"

I know from the vhcs2 db that the \"change\" word is a literal word in the db
My question is if i have to translate this word, or do i have to leave all commented (\"%s\") words in the original language
