It's a FQHN, but it's wrong, if he wants to use that Domain later for his Website and not only as a "link" for his customers to enter the webinterface.

Notice that you also have to add a A-Record for server1.staynet.ru if you want to use that url to enter the webinterface.

So you can also use sdadashdasdhjas.staynet.ru or admin.staynet.ru or .... if you like to.
