Try to copy /etc/awstats/domain.tld.conf to /etc/awstats/sub.domain.tld.conf

maybe that works..

That worked fine.

I did this yesterday and now I can access the stats page, but stats show zeros everywhere.

I checked the /var/log/apache2/sub.domain.tld-combined.log

It is what's in the awstats conf file and there is definitely activity in it.

Maybe stats need to be re-generated?

I'm not sure how to do that.

Thanks,

have a look at the conf file (/etc/awstats/...) - maybe only domain.tld is shown in the stat - and the domain.tld logs are emtpy (I assume).
